Operating since 2015, Nzac Foods is engaged in manufacturing, supplying and exporting the Quality milk products which mainly include Non-Dairy Creamer, Grass Fed & Organic Cow Ghee, Full Cream Milk Powder, Infant Milk Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder, Fat Filled Milk powder, Evaporated Milk, Demineralized Whey Powder, UHT Milk, Butter, Butter Blend, Cheese Powder, Cream Cheese, etc. in our NZAC brand as well as private label.
SMP
Refers to Skimmed Milk Powder meaning max 1.5% fat and usually 36% protein
FCMP
refers to Full Cream Milk Powder, which is basically normal milk that was spray dried, it usual contains 26% protein and 26 or 28% fat
IFCMP
refers to Instant Full Cream Milk Powder, this is the same product as above but went through an additional process to make it instant meaning soluble in cold water
FFMP
refers to Fat Filled Milk Powder. Which is SMP to which we add vegetable fat, there are 2 types of vegetable fat, palm oil or coconut oil (the later usually being a bit more expensive as taste is better). it usually contains 24-26% protein and 26%
BUTTER
Butter is a very traditional dairy product. NZAC butter is versatile and perfect for baking, frying or simply as a spread. The unsalted version can be used both, for sweet and savoury dishes.

NZAC Full cream milk is made from fresh cow‘s milk which has been gently treated with ultra-high temperature to keep it enjoyable even without a fridge.
NON-DAIRY CREAMER
Non-Dairy Creamer mainly used for giving flavor to coffee and tea. Non-dairy creamer, which is a perfect replacement for milk or cream, our company is counted as one of the major exporters, importers, and suppliers of non-dairy creamers.
WHEAT

SORGHUM

OATS
Able to adapt to a range of environmental conditions, oats are widely grown as a broadacre crop throughout Australia, even in regions with poor soil conditions and lower rainfall averages. An annual grass, oats are sown and harvested for human consumption, for the use of grain as stock feed and also for as fodder and silage.
PULSES
Encompassing a wide range of individual seeds and grains, Australian grown pulses include lentils, mungbean, peas, broad beans, chickpeas and lupins, along with other varieties such as navy and azuki beans.
BARLEY
Most well known as a source of malt in the fermenting process for beer, barley was one of the world’s first cultivated grains and is also a valuable feedstock and ingredient in commercially produced bread, cereal and soup products.
